My name is Austin Ballard
I've wanted to open a company that gives me the opportunity to serve my community and work with other companies to better their safety program and culture. I've had the opportunity to work for some amazing companies throughout my safety career. I started my career in the Army Reserves, where I was a Heavy Equipment Operator and I attended college at Murray State University. I deployed to Afghanistan in 2013 and returned to finish my degree in Environmental Health and Safety. My first safety job was with Archer Daniels Midland where I worked at a flour mill and we manufactured flour for customers. I then went to work at PCL Construction in the Heavy Industrial side of the business. I continued on to JE Dunn Construction where I was exposed to Commercial Construction. Then went to Safety Products Inc. and learned about customer service and safety sales/support. Lastly, I continue to work at Primoris Services Corporation in the Power Delivery side of the business as a Safety Data & Compliance Manger. I have a passion for safety and would love to work with your company and team!
